This 5x7 inch gouache painting is on watercolor paper. It is inspired by sea turtles and the vastness of the faithfulness of the Lord-- it is constant and deeper than we know, like the ocean. I want to be steadfast, patient, faithful, and never give up because I have a God more awe-inspiring and powerful than the depths of the sea.
This piece is inspired by 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18: "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.".
The words written on this piece are "steadfast patience" and "faithful perseverance".
